I am so overwhelmed with life but since started learning this technique, i now know how to take time to breathe in, take time to thank nature, give thanks to my being, get into the flow of my breathe. I you would wanna know how I use it, i am lucky to stay near ocean, i just sit there relax, read, meditates, and enjoy the solemnity of the place whilst people are all inside their homes. this program helped me appreciate the sound of the waves when I usually walk pass and play with the waters before.

I am a newly certified yoga instructor and i’ve been in search to other practices that could level-up my service to others.
